💔 Infidelity Recovery Group Counseling

Led by a Certified Infidelity Recovery & Family Life Coach
Three Separate Safe Spaces: For the Betrayed • The Unfaithful • The Affair Partner

Why Group Counseling?

Private sessions can be costly—and healing alone can be isolating. Group sessions offer shared wisdom, professional guidance, emotional support, and a safe place to be seen and heard without judgment.

🔹 GROUP 1: For the Betrayed Partner

If you’ve been cheated on, you’re not alone. This group will help you:

  • Process the emotional trauma
  • Manage triggers and rebuild confidence
  • Learn healthy boundaries
  • Decide what you want moving forward

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have to share everything?

No. You’re encouraged to share, but only when you’re ready. Many start by listening and gradually find their voice.

What if I cry or get overwhelmed?

This space is built for your emotions. Crying, venting, silence—it’s all welcome here.

Will others understand what I’m going through?

Yes. Everyone in this group has been betrayed. Many members say this is the first time they’ve felt truly understood.

What if I’ve decided to leave or stay—will I be judged?

No. This group is about your healing. Whether you’re rebuilding or walking away, your choice is respected.

🔸 GROUP 2: For the Unfaithful Partner

If you’ve cheated and want to change, this group will help you:

  • Understand the root cause of your actions
  • Take accountability without shame
  • Rebuild trust (if reconciliation is possible)
  • Learn tools to become emotionally safe and trustworthy

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be judged or shamed in this group?

No. This is a growth space, not a courtroom. Accountability is important, but so is compassion and rebuilding.

What if I don’t know why I cheated?

That’s exactly what we explore. Many discover unresolved pain, unmet needs, or emotional immaturity. You’ll gain clarity.

Can this really help me fix things with my partner?

Yes—if both partners are willing, this is a great foundation. If your partner isn’t ready, you can still become a better version of yourself.

What if my partner doesn’t forgive me?

Healing is still possible—for you and for them. You’ll learn how to take responsibility and grow, whether or not the relationship survives.

🔺 GROUP 3: For the Affair Partner

If you were in a relationship with someone who was married or committed, this group will help you:

  • Make sense of your emotions
  • Address feelings of rejection, confusion, or guilt
  • Rebuild self-worth and identity
  • Let go of fantasy and embrace real healing

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be labeled or criticized?

No. We deal with real emotions, not labels. You are more than your past choices, and this space honors that.

What if I still love the person I had the affair with?

We’ll explore that. You’re allowed to be honest. Healing doesn’t mean pretending—it means facing the truth safely.

Do I have a right to feel hurt even though I was the “other person”?

Yes. Pain is pain. You’ll be supported in processing it and learning from it.

Will this help me move on and make better choices in the future?

Absolutely. This group is designed to help you grow emotionally and avoid being pulled into unhealthy dynamics again.
